About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an Advanced Skills Radiographer to join a high-performing medical imaging team within a private hospital setting on the Gold Coast. You will deliver advanced-level clinical imaging services while providing leadership and support within a multidisciplinary team environment.

About You

✔ Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in one or more imaging modalities
✔ Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
✔ Excellent clinical judgement with the ability to manage complex caseloads
✔ Proven ability to mentor, train and support colleagues
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Professional presentation and collaborative working style

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice
• Deliver advanced imaging services in line with clinical protocols and professional standards
• Demonstrate leadership in patient care, safety, and service excellence
• Apply evidence-based practice to complex clinical cases
• Contribute to development of clinical procedures and protocols

Communication & Teamwork
• Work together within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical advice to colleagues and referrers
• Engage in continuous professional development

Leadership
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Provide supervision, education and mentoring to staff and students
• Act as a clinical resource within your specialty area

Safety & Quality
• Promote safe work practices and quality standards
• Report and manage equipment issues appropriately
